Are they compatible with AsRock X570M Pro4 (AM4, AMD X570, mATX) and AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (AM4, 3.60GHz, 6-Core)?

Should be compatible. If possible, buy RAM with a higher frequency, e.g. 3200mHz or higher, and look for the R5 3600X, which is just about the same price as the R5 3600.
