Yes, you can mix Ram with different clock frequencies.
However, your Ram sticks that actually have 3200 Mhz on them will only run with 2133 Mhz.

Hello, I don't think so. You have to take a SO-DIMM format which is smaller, special for laptops.
It is best to check the manufacturer's number of the RAM modules via CPU-Z, because in the end it is not really the appearance that matters, but what chips are used with what frequency, latency and timings.
In CPU-Z you will find the information under the tab SPD -> Part Number.

In principle, it is quite clear that the more RAM, especially for video editing, the better. But despite 32 Gbyte, my experience is that many programmes don't really work better or faster even then.
But if you use Adobe Premiere, make sure to create proxy files. This will finally make it possible to edit 4k smoothly. It's a real "wow" experience, like "Well, if I had known that before...".
But I still recommend the 32 GB RAM, because it's a huge advantage for all programmes.

Should be compatible. If possible, buy RAM with a higher frequency, e.g. 3200mHz or higher, and look for the R5 3600X, which is just about the same price as the R5 3600.
