Addendum... The description of the item says the following: May be equipped with a power adapter No But in the pictures you can clearly see one (resp. three) power adapters. Please clarify, thank you

Helpful answer

The feature you mentioned means that no additional adapter is included to connect the item to the Swiss mains.
As a rule, it only says yes for appliances that were made for the EU region, for example.
