Question about Huawei Mate 20 Pro
According to various sources, the Mate 20 Pro should be delivered with a screen protector and a silicone case from Huawei. (actually as always). Now I have received the phone from the pre-order, but both are missing. Can Digitec confirm that the Mate 20 Pro will be delivered without the film and case?
EU countries, incl. Switzerland, do NOT receive a foil or case.
The fact that no cover is included is one thing. But why doesn't Huawei manage to provide an appropriate cover with the release of the device as a paid accessory? This could almost give rise to malicious thoughts. Is Huawei hoping for increased sales from defective Mate 20 Pro's that are unprotected due to the lack of a cover? It really shouldn't be difficult to produce such covers in time!
Most smartphones don't come with free protection, but with Huawei it was to promote the device. It's a pity
