Question about Google Pixel 8

According to the data sheet, the Pixel 8 supports Qi wireless charging. Do I need to activate something on the device for this to work? I tested it on 2 stations and didn't see it charging.

It worked straight away for me. Simply place it on top and charge. The device must be placed directly on top, i.e. the camera elevation must hang over the edge.
