The most common hard tubes are clear and transparent. In addition, hard tubes made of brass and carbon have also gained popularity. Now, Alphacool offers the Ice Tube as part of its Ice product line. The surface visually resembles ice and feels like it too—somewhat rough, yet still smooth. The Ice Tube significantly alters the appearance within the system. Especially after filling the system, the actual effect is best observed. The water has the look of frozen ice. When the loop is illuminated with LEDs, clear hard tubes reflect the individual LEDs very well, but this is not the case with the Ice Tubes. Here, the light is diffused, resulting in a much softer and better illumination. The Ice Tube can be bent like all acrylic hard tubes using the appropriate bending tools. However, this noticeably changes the appearance of the Ice Tubes at the bends, no longer matching the original look. This can create an additional effect, but those who wish to maintain the Ice Tube appearance should use appropriate fittings for bends.

The HardTube variant brings even more order to the setup, giving it a much more structured appearance. Brand new are the brass tubes, available in Black Chrome and Chrome, as well as acrylic tubes, carbon, and borosilicate glass. With the appropriate fittings and a very simple functionality, these can be connected or attached absolutely leak-proof. The PETG tube can also be easily adapted to the system with the right bending tool, without the need for additional angle pieces. To install the tubes into the system, they must be cut to the appropriate length. 4. Alphacool Alphac HardTube Bending Kit Basic 1018029
With the Alphacool HardTube Bending Kit Basic, you get all the products needed to trim, deburr, and bend your PETG tubes. The set is designed for hard tubes with an inner diameter of 10 and 13 mm.
Deburring made easy: Anyone working with hard tubes knows that all ends of the tubes must be deburred. The classic deburring tool from Alphacool allows for deburring both the inside and outside of hard tubes. The outer deburring is extremely important to ensure that the hard tubes fit perfectly and do not damage any O-rings. The inner deburring is only meant to remove cutting residues. For clean deburring, the tool features three steel blades with sharpened edges. Its large round shape makes the deburring tool comfortable to hold.
Cutting PETG tubes: The Eistools Modding Cutter works like scissors and is ideal for easily trimming PETG hard tubes. However, it is important to note that acrylic hard tubes cannot be cut.

Alphacool's HardTube family is gaining new members. The new hard tubes made of borosilicate glass give every system a whole new level of quality.

Borosilicate glass meets all the requirements that a water cooling system demands. Stability and a brilliant appearance are not the only properties that lead to the choice of this glass, as it is also resistant to chemicals and temperature fluctuations. It is no coincidence that this glass is used throughout the chemical industry.
All glass tubes are compatible with Alphacool's HardTube fittings. Currently, Alphacool offers two classic sizes: tubes with a 16 mm outer diameter and tubes with a 13 mm outer diameter. Since this glass cannot be deformed, Alphacool also offers 90° angles in various lengths, allowing for the elimination of angled fittings.

7. Alphacool Eisbaer TPV Extension Set 90°
The Alphacool Eisbaer TPV Extension Set 90° is the easiest way to connect the expandable AIO systems from Alphacool with additional components. The extension set is compatible with all Alphacool AIO systems for processors and graphics cards. The TPV hoses have a 90° Alphacool TPV metal connector with G¼ thread at one end. At the other end, each has a quick disconnect coupling with a male or female connector. The safety quick disconnects have a twist lock. Thus, an unintentional opening of the quick connector is actually excluded.
If you want to use the extension set to expand an Alphacool AIO solution with another product, you must pay attention to where you use the male and female connector. The hose with the quick-release Male connection should always be mounted at the water outlet. The hose with the female quick connector, on the other hand, is used at the water inlet.

10. Alphacool Acrylic Tube Double Bending Tool 12-14mm and 16mm
Alphacool has developed a bending tool for various sizes that makes routing and bending hard tubes a breeze.
Both hard tubes with a thickness of 12 to 14 mm and 16 mm are no problem. Curves of up to 180° can be bent easily and cleanly. With the help of the red rubber length limiters, the straight part of the tube can be adjusted in centimeter increments.
