This sealing tape is equipped with an adhesive on one side and is applied to the component of your choice. The fan can then be placed with its outer edge on the sealing tape. When tightening the fan screws, the strip compresses to under 1 mm if necessary, compensating for unevenness and gaps between the component and the fan.
