The contactless safety switch SIRIUS RFID 3SE63 meets the highest safety requirements according to SIL3 or Category 4 for monitoring the positions of movable protective devices. The coded RFID switch features a rectangular housing with an 8-pin M12 connector and is available in a ready-to-use version without programming or in a custom-coded version with single or multiple teach-in capability. The actuator for the safety switch is available as standard or with an 18-N magnetic locking plate to keep doors or hatches closed.

Maximum protection against tampering through individual coding of the switches and actuators at the highest safety level. Plastic housing with integrated connector, two electronic short-circuit-proof safety outputs, each 250 mA. Integrated monitoring for cross-circuit, circuit interruption, and external voltage, with series connection up to the control cabinet. Safety and diagnostic signals can be connected in series. Series connection of safety circuits in Category 4 / PL E / SIL 3.

LED status indicator including switching interval threshold display for quick and easy adjustment during installation and maintenance. Short-circuit-proof conventional diagnostic output. Optional version with magnetic locking plate for securing hatches or small doors even in the absence of power supply. Very robust due to the use of tested housing materials, resistant to aggressive cleaning products with an IP69K protection rating. Switches can be mounted on the right or left side. The actuator can be mounted on all sides. Standard-sized holes and elongated holes for fine alignment. The shaped switch can be used as an end stop for small and medium-sized doors.
