This device offers a valid alternative to the Huawei P40. It has good specs and leaves nothing to be desired - but the camera of the Huawei is better, but Google services are included and no tinkering is necessary. I am satisfied.

I gave the phone to my wife as a gift. She is more than satisfied! Only in use for 2 weeks
Top smartphone at an unbeatable price! A real bargain for CHF 460.
Photos - top. Top operation and handling.
The battery should last longer. But my Galaxy S21 lasts "only" a little longer!
If my Samsung goes out of business, I will buy a Xiaomi.

After a few months, I can say that I am satisfied with the phone. The photos, however, are not as great as it was advertised... and the battery is now somewhat weakening....

Update to Android 11 is promised, but is still waiting. Otherwise, everything is flawless, nice and fast phone, display is brilliant and camera is good

All in all, great. Price maybe a bit high for "Chinese phones" but you get a finished product that doesn't have massive bugs or construction errors. the battery lasts a long time even without energy saving mode. I miss the headphone plug from time to time but a dongle is included.

The 108Mpx camera only achieves its performance in extremely bright conditions.

The 5G function is -at least for me- currently useless (Yallo). Can be deactivated and switched to LTE, for example.
Fast charging via Qi and the corresponding charging station is insane. However, the device gets quite warm, almost hot, when charging.
The included mains adapter allows appealing charging times, but it is a lump of a mains adapter (max. 30W, various output voltages - I can even charge my laptop with it).
Finally, good stereo sound via the top and bottom built-in speakers. The predecessor (Mi9) was lukewarm in terms of sound.
The Always Display is ingenious and can be configured according to your needs. However, the auto-brightness mode is not optimal and had to be deactivated.
I expected much more from the camera (for whatever reason), the predecessor (Mi9) was on par, if not even better. The 108MP camera is 2, 3x still a nice gimmick, later one wishes for a faster point and shoot function.
I would also have liked the smaller battery from the predecessor. Thanks to fast charging nowadays, it's no problem to get through the day in terms of battery life. I would have preferred the Mi10 to be thinner and lighter. The Mi9 was simply a dream in terms of handling for the size of the display.

A good device in itself, but as an accustomed and enthusiastic Huawei user, the Xiaomi Mi10 has certain quirks. Despite having a Google account, the transfer of data was flawed. The camera(s) on the back are extremely bulky and make it difficult to use the device when it is on the table. Especially since the cameras are not positioned centrally.
The fingerprint sensor in the display is not nearly as fast as Huawei's (n.b. Huawei P10 from 2017!).
Furthermore, something in the device rattles.
All in all, not a premium device worth more than CHF 600. Too bad, because it could absolutely keep up with the big ones in terms of display, battery and performance.
