Very poor service
I have had very bad experiences with this supplier (Click & beauty GmbH). Although ordered on 17.12. 2024 well before the start of work in the morning and immediately cancelled again, also well before the start of work, I received a message at around 09.00 a.m. on 17.12.2024 that a cancellation was no longer possible as the product had already been dispatched. However, the shipment I had already paid for (which was charged with additional protocol costs due to the cancellation as a result of the reduction in the total order amount) has still not arrived today (21.12.2024) - even though another, similar product that I ordered from Galaxus at a later date arrived on 19.12.2024. Never again.

Reliable for 1 year
I used it for 1 year without any problems for wing foil in winter only. After 1 year, it just started leaking and damaged 2 phones.

Simple but does it job
We have used it not many times but I worked out to make videos or take pictures under water, but of course not diving with. It is good protection when going out for excursions when there are waterfalls or you are on a boat, so you feel more relaxes about your phone.
Worked
Took it to hot springs and water full of minerals. Did a great job, even took pics. Not that sensitive around the button for pics, but frankly it's good for the price.

watertight
when I wanted to film and take photos underwater, the touch function on my phone's screen only worked one time out of 20. frankly, it wasn't great, and I gave up filming and taking photos underwater out of sheer frustration.

Unable to open iPhone in case
I bought this because it said I could take photos and make videos underwater. However, I can’t even unlock my iPhone through the plastic cover so it is useless for taking on beach or water sport holidays.
