Advise against purchase
The soundbar itself looks beautiful in combination with the OLED65B7V. What is an absolute disaster is the sound delay of the soundbar itself.
For example, if you listen to any news, after a short pause in the speech, part of the first word is always "swallowed", as if the soundbar needs a moment until it can reproduce the sound correctly (as if it needs to warm up). So absolutely unusable.
The case with the 1st soundbar, returned, received and installed a new one. Again, exactly the same.
Problem has nothing to do with AV-Sync, as the sound is not asynchronous to the picture.
All inputs affected, including Bluetooth with connection to mobile phone.
Software up to date, unfortunately LG customer service does not know the problem.
Extremely tedious, especially since the LG T8 was also ordered, now also unusable.

The product itself is actually great and meets all the requirements I have for the product. However, as with other comments here, I have the same problem. As soon as there is no sound for a short time, the soundbar swallows up the next few tenths of a second. It sounds as if only the subwoofer is running at the beginning and the soundbar still has to activate... That's not possible at all, because some dialogues in series or on the news are no longer understandable. That's why I only give it 1 star. Despite the error, the soundbar is still suitable for listening to music via Spotify.

Top soundbar for its price!
I got the soundbar in the "WM offer" for 299.- and replaced two conventional stereo speakers (System Audio Aura 30) from a hi-fi system with the soundbar.
We have the soundbar in front of a Sony KD-65X9005C, the low height of the SJ8 was the deciding factor why we chose it.
The sound is very appealing for movies and games - for music, the stereo speakers are better (hopefully!).
The only negative thing was setting it up via the app - it didn't work for us with the iPhone X even after 5 attempts, but then with the Samsung Galaxy S8 on the first try.Pro
