The Doro 8050 is now closer to Android operation than the 8035 and yet still easier to use than a normal smartphone. I find it ideal for older people who want to use a smartphone but are regularly overwhelmed with the technology. The additional function of the age alarm button, which can be set up if necessary, is also a perfect fit for this smartphone.

We can connect by Bluetooth this mobile with an alarm button DORO3500 which is worn as a bracelet or necklace. It works well. The alarm can also be triggered by a specific button on the back of the mobile.\nOtherwise it is an Android with an interface facilitating the use by a novice.\nFor the settings, it is better to have some knowledge to get by.
Good device for seniors, if you do not want to spend so much money to buy the only true user-friendly smartphone, which is an iPhone ;-)
The Doro can be configured well so that even older people can cope with it. Camera, memory and battery life are completely okay for this price range. And you can reduce the Android confusion by reducing the number of home page apps. Also good: There are hardly any pre-installations that annoy users with any notifications. The Doro is pretty cleanly set up.
We tried the often touted option of being able to control the smartphone via Teamviewer in case of problems for older users on the predecessor smartphone - without success. It seems to be technically not quite ready thought. So far, however, I have always been able to help with problems this way.
