I was faced with the same question and when I bought the Poco X6 Pro, I actually wanted the yellow one because of the vegan leather back cover. But that cost 409, while the black one was 349. So I bought the cheapest one with 512 GB memory.
Today the yellow phone is 321.
It's always the same phones, but the retailers behind the Digitec offers change or adjust the prices dynamically. Digitec couldn't explain to me why the 512 GB versions are cheaper than the 256 GB versions, I got different retailers as an answer. The case supplied is dark grey and if you don't always want to show off your yellow Poco X6 Pro, you can easily take this version, if you want to use it without a case, the vegan leather is not a fingerprint magnet.
