Hello everyone A few weeks ago I bought a new Xiaomi Poco X5 Pro 5G 256 GB for a reasonable 316 Stutz at digitec. I wanted to use the Xioami moove app to conveniently download the data from my old Xiaomi Note 10 to the new X5, which of course and as expected did not work. I then watched almost all the "wisdom" on the topic on YouTube, which of course was also for the arse. I'm not a nerd and just totally annoyed. I bought all the right cables, such as mobile to mobile and PC to mobile, but haven't used them yet to prevent further tantrums. Can any of you help me? Many thanks and best regards, Sandro

Does the mobile have a SIM lock?

No, of course not. - It's not bought through a provider, they often put SIM locks on it. In other words: Insert any card and get started. In my opinion, the Poco X5 Pro 5G is a grenade as far as the price/performance ratio is concerned :-)

Can you tell me how long it takes to update? I have already sent a dozen emails to Xiaomi but they have nothing to f... It's always the same problem, there are no updates and no search bar on my smartphone. The applications, I go to Play store to open the applications is ridiculous. Who can tell me how many updates there have been on the Xiaomi brand? It's disgraceful Android 12. I've bought twice from Galaxus and a third time not from Xiaomi.
