I ordered a Blackberry Key 2 from you a couple of years ago which I really like but is getting "old". I had a problem with the space bar on the physical keyboard which no longer worked and you fixed it for me. I would like to take advantage of this question to thank once again the whole digitec.ch team and to say how much their professionalism and sense of service reinforces, with each purchase, my conviction of having made the right choice. I think that I have been buying all my equipment from digitec.ch for the last 5 years and I am delighted every time. I bought a Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro on digitec.ch last year, I am very happy with it and I would like to replace my Key2 with another Xiaomi Mi (maybe the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G). But I have to say that for some criteria that are important to me my Key 2, even though it's "older" than the Mi 9T Pro, is better for some tasks including syncing and email notification. I don't need my phone to have a great camera or to be good at gaming, but I would like it to be good at : - Sync my different email accounts (gmail, yahoo and exchange) quickly, so it should be able to sync them every 15 min. for example and have PUSH technology. - That it displays notifications about a new email quickly. - That it has a flashing LED (on the top of the device) when notifications arrive. The Key 2 is unique in that it has an LED that changes colour depending on the notification, but the Mi 9T Pro also has an LED that flashes (only) red and that's fine by me too. Does this Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G meet all of these criteria or should we go for the Xiaomi Mi 11 (item number 14751510)?

After approx. 2 years of use, the SIM card is suddenly no longer recognised. Network settings reset. The SIM card in another mobile works. What can I do?

On 19.10.22 your shop received payment for the purchase of a Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G mobile phone. We were informed by email that it was delivered by a courier on 24/10/22 but the courier handed over the parcel to an unknown trusted person as stated in the email. We did not give any details of the proxy and waited to receive this parcel in person, now our phone has been taken over by a person called Winkler. This incompetent courier has left us without money and order. How is it now with warranty in the Mi-Store I have 5 years huer only 2 years

As I said above I would like to buy a Xiaomi Mi 11 or an OPPO but I need it for my Iranian SIM card (I live between Switzerland and Iran). I have already bought a Xiaomi for my Swiss SIM card from you and I am very satisfied with this smartphone. The only concern I have is that I read last week that Xiaomi was going to block its smartphones used in Iran to comply with certain export standards. Can you tell me if this is the case? And if so, is it the only brand doing this? Because as I tell you I want to buy a Xiaomi or OPPO smartphone but for use in Iran, with an Iranian sim card. And I would like to avoid buying it in Switzerland and taking it with me to Iran and it being blocked.

Question: LG smartphones can/could be started with 'KnockOn' without pressing the power button. (2x short tap on the display) As I know, this also works with the Galaxy A52.
