The specifications state;
Quantity: 1 pc.
As a "spare part" this is OK if only 1 is defective / broken (whatever).
If 2 are needed = 2 pcs. in the shopping cart.
I can't answer that because I have the MDR-RF 865R model.
I can only give you the dimensions:
Outer diameter 100mm
Thickness: approx. 20mm
Shell opening ellipse circle 65mm / 50mm

I can't answer that for you.
I have Sony MDR-RF865R headphones and it fits this model.
This ear padding does not have a mesh or similar in the middle.
Otherwise, ask Sony if they have cushions for your model.
