I can't answer that because I have the MDR-RF 865R model.
I can only give you the dimensions:
Outer diameter 100mm
Thickness: approx. 20mm
Shell opening ellipse circle 65mm / 50mm
Maybe this can help you
Otherwise try to ask Sony which ear pads would work.
