Does this player also play DVDs that have been burned with a completely normal DVD recorder (e.g. Panasonic)? - I ask because Sony players used to be a bit very restrictive...

Can this model play 4K files via DLNA? Unfortunately, my Sony 4K TV can only play back FullHD resolutions via DLNA. It only displays 4K via USB.

I bought the player 1.5 years ago and now it can't read / play certain Blu Ray discs like the new Thor! Does anyone know what to do?

Is this a multi-zone BR player? Can it play BR for A/1 zone? I have bought it and at least one BR says it needs a A/1 player.
