There is no specific separate remote control designed specifically for the Sonos Arc Ultra. Instead, you can use a programmable IR remote control to control the Arc Ultra or use your TV's remote control via HDMI ARC/eARC if this function is enabled.

To make fine adjustments to the Sonos Arc Ultra, such as adjusting the bass, you will need the Sonos app on your mobile. The app does not need to be switched on permanently, but you must open it to make settings. You can adjust the volume directly on the soundbar or via the app. The app is required for detailed settings, such as bass adjustment.
