Samsung does not give an exact specification for the 2020 model:
Power consumption (max.): 130 W
Power consumption (stand-by): 0.50 W
Power consumption (energy-saving mode): 58.6 W
Presumably the consumption is between 60 - 100 W depending on the brightness of the picture.
So not exactly very energy-saving...

Is the design of the TV important to you? If not, I would definitely prefer another product. For example, the 55Q70A: Samsung QE55Q70A (55 ", 4K, QLED, 2021)

Depending on the supplier, the differences are :
The size of the built-in speaker stand (QE55LSO3T has a larger stand) the QE55LSO3T is larger and heavier. The screen diagonal is the same but the picture quality is better when it comes to the QE55LSO3T.

The enclosed wall bracket is for fixed attachment to the wall. You can't swivel anything here. From my point of view, "The Frame" is not intended for this purpose. Because mounted on the wall it is almost more decoration than TV. I think if you want to use a swivelling TV, there are other models.

There is an option for adaptive volume. But I can't tell you reliably how well it works, I haven't noticed much so far. However, I never noticed that there were suddenly much louder scenes, so it seems to have an effect.
