The Samsung Galaxy A56 5G allows a Dual SIM configuration with different combinations: two physical SIM cards, one physical SIM card plus an eSIM, or two eSIMs. However, it is not possible to have two active eSIMs simultaneously. You can use two eSIMs, but only one will be active at a time. If you are using a physical SIM card, you can only activate one eSIM in addition. This limitation means that the phone does support dual SIMs, but not dual eSIMs active at the same time.
The Galaxy A56 does not have a separate 3.5 mm headphone socket like the Galaxy A55. Instead, it uses a USB Type-C multifunctional socket to which you can connect wired headphones with a 3.5 mm jack plug via a USB-C to 3.5 mm adapter. Alternatively, you can also use USB-C headphones or Bluetooth headphones.

Smartphone: European model - what's behind it
As with televisions, there are sometimes "EU models" of smartphones. This is labelled on the packaging and online on the order page.
