Yes, recommerce is used mobiles. But you almost don't see it, of course depending on the designation, A, B, C and D, where A is like new and D is not recommended.

This means sold by someone who re-furbished a product. It is not a factory produced brand new one. If done correctly, nothing against this, and if the warranty coverage is decent, this should not cause any issues. It could be a returned by a customer product.
