I have exactly the same behaviour. Through the winter season not used and now in spring no more charging and switching on possible. These are my second BackBeats. The first ones, which had the same behaviour, were replaced under warranty. What a pity ...

As far as I know, there are no additional earbuds. "What you see is what you get". Perhaps worth mentioning: the earpieces do not fit tightly in the ears, but float a little. But you can hear what's going on around you (less dangerous when jogging). My wife, however, is enthusiastic about the part, I am much less so (because for me there is not enough bass coming in). For me, the Bose wireless soundsport is much better - still quite comfortable, much more bass, and you can still hear a little in the room.

Only if the Bluetooth transmitter of the TV allows the operation of two Bluetooth devices, which is very unlikely. We have Bluetooth transmitters for 2 devices here: Avantree Priva II - Multipoint Bluetooth Audio Transmitter (Transmitter) Hama Buetooth Audio Transmitter TWIN, for two headphones/receivers (transmitter) You may have to accept a certain asynchrony of picture and sound.

I also have the problem that normal in-ear headphones fall out. With these headphones, I no longer have that problem. I find the wearing comfort very good. I have not yet noticed any bouncing. I am very satisfied with them.

I tried it - it really works (start BB FIT in pairing mode, take out the BT dongle from Voyager Legend and put it back in again). However, only mono (telephone quality) comes through and since I use an office notebook (without admin rights) I cannot say whether this can really be changed. According to the product sheet, the Voyager Legend supports A2DP, i.e. stereo - in the audio settings of the BT dongle, I find the format "1 Channel, 16 Bit, 16,000Hz" preset and greyed out; it is possible that a stereo format can be selected if you have the system permissions.

The headphones are wireless, but can also be connected via a cable with a 3.5 mm jack plug (included). The Bluetooth connection with my Sony Xperia worked. I can't say whether it works with an iPod.
