@digitec Why does it say 99.- instead of 198.-, the stick was a maximum of 178.- in the last three months?

Because that's a common trick. Maybe the price was 198 for 5 seconds before it was lowered to 99.

Good day I bought a PNY Pro-Elite 3.0 (1000GB, USB 3.0). The write rate is at best 12 MB/s and even this is not constant. Other USB sticks achieve 4-5 times that (Kingston). What is defective here? The specified write rate (400MB/s) is probably more theoretical...

Is it compatible with old MacBook Pro models? , i.e. Model 2012. Supposedly I need an adapter to use UBS A sticks on computers and laptops. Is this true?
