There's not much you can do about it, but with Netflix, depending on the load on the entire streaming system, problems like this can unfortunately occur. This also applies to other devices, because this is a general problem when the servers at the other end are under load. As a rule, it is not due to the TV.

I can definitely confirm this, the update before Christmas, for example, solved the auto regulation of the eArc connection to HDMI 2. Now Dolby Atmos is also possible with my Sonos Arc. Other problems, such as the fact that Netflix always fails with a black freeze image when Dolby Vision notification is switched on, have not yet been solved. However, this can be avoided by deactivating the Dolby Vision & Atmos notification.

Is the frame colour black or silver/grey?

I would describe it as grey/anthracite, the TV is practically frameless and the colour is actually only visible on the back.

Firmware update from 17.12 released, now Netflix can be streamed via Apple TV in Dolby Vision & Atmos - without having to constantly switch eArc from "Off" to "Auto" in the TV menu - because the sound signal is lost.

Unfortunately, it doesn't say which HDMI version is used, then it would be clearer. It must be HDMI v2.1 for 4K@120Hz. But the 60Hz specification is therefore incorrect. Datasheet: https://www.download.p4c.philips.com/files...
