I always have the problem that when I open Netflix, the app doesn't load at all or only half loads. It works perfectly with the other streaming platforms. I have also connected the TV to the LAN, but have not noticed any improvement. Is there anything I can do?

There's not much you can do about it, but with Netflix, depending on the load on the entire streaming system, problems like this can unfortunately occur. This also applies to other devices, because this is a general problem when the servers at the other end are under load. As a rule, it is not due to the TV.
