Is it possible to buy a glass cover for the insulated version without glass?

Unfortunately not with us, but you may be able to get the cover directly from the manufacturer.

Can anyone tell me how the outside of the Phanteks Eclipse P400S (without window) is coated? Is it made of steel or, as in the case of the Bitfenix Phenom M, of some kind of rubber coating?

Can 3.5 inch hard drives also be placed behind the motherboard, i.e. in the same place as the SSDs? And is the HDD cage modular?

No, the 3.5" hard drives cannot be placed in the same place as the SSD, they have their own holders. Only the SSD holders are modular.

Does the grey Eclipse P400S insulated also have a window? Because there is one in the pictures but in some videos you don't see a window.

So I bought the grey one from Digitec and I don't have (and didn't want) a window in it! By the way, I have an Asus Strix 1070 in it and it has no problems.
