Yes, I have. I don't know the configuration by heart, but it works quite well. Monitors port up/down, speed, error and throughput.
As per our clarification, the 5 year warranty from us does not cover more than the NETGEAR ProSAFE Lifetime Hardware Warranty.

No, you cannot plug RJ-45 cables directly into the SFP ports. But you could of course plug a corresponding SFP module into the SFP port and then plug the RJ-45 cables in there.
