Hello Sitcom, you won't have any problems, the backpack fits perfectly in the hand luggage compartment. I've already flown on holiday with this backpack: Swiss, Edelweiss, Singapore Airlines, Thai airways, etc.
I had no problems with Iceland Air (Zurich - Seattle and back). It went through both times as hand luggage (without determining the weight).

Lowepro's Flipside 500 AW II backpack is designed to hold a 15-inch laptop, but there's no specific mention of it being able to hold a 14-inch laptop. However, given that 14-inch laptops are generally smaller than 15-inch laptops, it's likely that a 14-inch laptop will fit in the dedicated compartment, but it would be wise to check the exact dimensions of your laptop for optimum compatibility.

Good evening, Yes, the backpack is big enough to carry a 16'' MacBook.
The inside dimensions are known. I had the first version of this backpack. You get what you pay for. The back was so soft that I felt every piece of my gear in my back when fully loaded. The most important specifications at a glance Compatible design SLR camera, system camera Internal length 190 mm Internal height 480 mm Inner width 300 mm
Hello Your Sigma is about 26-27cm long - as I don't know which cam is attached and how thick it is: https://www.lowepro.com/global/flipside-400-aw-ii-lp37129-config/ The backpack is 42 cm long and high inside, so it should fit. LG
For the Sigma 60-600mm: length approx. 27cm: Yes, no problem, as the dividers are adjustable. Best regards
I took some measurements of the backpack. The shoulder strap is pretty much exactly 6.5cm wide, depending on how tightly you press it flat. Unfortunately, I don't have such a clip, so I can only use the belt measurement.
Hello Axonteer I use this backpack for my everyday equipment with a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens mounted on an SLR camera and 3 other compact lenses and that is rather the limit for this backpack in terms of size. For the Sigma 150-600 it is rather small and the lens will probably not fit mounted on the camera. (For my Nikon 200-500) it was too small and too impractical. However, telephoto lenses mounted on the camera and other lenses fit easily into the backpack of 450 or 500 Lowepro backpacks.
There's no problem with that. I have a Pentax K-1 with a 14mm Samyang, 24-70mm and 70-200mm Sigma lens including filters and other accessories. All this has room in the Lowepro Flipside 200.
According to the manufacturer's specifications, the outer dimensions of the backpack are: 32 x 25.3 x 49 cm The inside dimensions are: 29 x 15 x 42.5 cm
I guess - yes. In any case, it worked well for me with a 5d Mark III and the Tamron 150-600 mounted.
