As stated in the HP Z440 maintenance manual: 5 beeps means that the BIOS cannot find valid RAM.
According to the maintenance manual, only ECC memory is supported (which the Kingston FURY Beast is not).

This ram is not support ECC.
I do not own a MAC. Mine is installed in ASRock Z590 Pro. Intel (Server19 MS)
Yes, that works without any problems. DDR4-3600 would be optimal for Ryzen.
And update the BIOS, there is always optimised RAM support.
