The Kingston FURY Beast RAM (2 x 32GB, 3200 MHz, DDR4 RAM, DIMM) with product ID KF432C16BBK2/64 could work in an HP Z4 G4 workstation with Intel Xeon W-2225 processor, but there are some important considerations: ## Compatibility - The HP Z4 G4 Workstation supports DDR4 RAM, which matches the specifications of the Kingston FURY Beast RAM. ## RAM type - The HP Z4 G4 Workstation typically requires UDIMM (Unbuffered DIMM) or RDIMM (Registered DIMM), depending on the configuration. The Kingston FURY Beast RAM is a UDIMM, which should be compatible in many cases, but make sure your system supports UDIMM. ## RAM speed - The Intel Xeon W-2225 processor typically supports RAM speeds up to 2933 MHz, but the actual speed will depend on the BIOS configuration and specific motherboard settings. The Kingston FURY Beast RAM runs at 3200 MHz, but this could be lowered to 2933 MHz or even 2666 MHz depending on the system configuration. ## Dual or Quad Channel - For the best performance, make sure that the RAM modules are configured in Dual or Quad Channel. The HP Z4 G4 Workstation supports up to 8 RAM slots and 4 channels, which allows a Quad Channel configuration if all slots are filled with suitable modules. To summarise: The Kingston FURY Beast RAM might work, but you should check the specific requirements of your system, especially the RAM type and supported speeds, to make sure it will work optimally.

DDR4 prices are rising due to a combination of massive AI-driven demand for memory and the deliberate phase-out/production reduction of DDR4 to shift resources to DDR5.

The Kingston FURY Beast 3200MHz RAM modules should be compatible on an Intel Core i9-11900K with an Asus Prime Z590-A motherboard as they use DDR4 RAM and most modern Intel motherboards support DDR4. However, it is advisable to check the specifications of the motherboard to ensure that the modules will work correctly.

Assuming that your ream is a 3200 megahertz/MHz DDR4 DIMM, it is compatible without any problem. Be careful to select DDR4 as a DIMM.

The only difference I can see between both RAMs is the layout and the memory chips used. You can see the difference here in both descriptions: https://www.kingston.com/datasheets... https://www.kingston.com/datasheets... Hope it helped.

As stated in the HP Z440 maintenance manual: 5 beeps means that the BIOS cannot find valid RAM. According to the maintenance manual, only ECC memory is supported (which the Kingston FURY Beast is not). Unfortunately, Digitec no longer offers filters to select ECC RAM, but with DDR4 ECC they are displayed as search results and you can filter a bit. As I have no experience in this area, I can't directly recommend or suggest a product.

We source our products from various suppliers in order to guarantee availability as far as possible. As soon as a supplier does not have the item in stock, we switch to a supplier who has it ready for dispatch. Each supplier offers different prices, so there may be price differences. There can be various reasons for this, such as higher purchase prices for smaller quantities or additional import costs. We therefore work with daily prices.
