The soundbar comes with an optical toslink cable and a 3.5mm cable so you won't have to buy anything as long as your tv supports either of those, which i think every current LG tv does.

Does JBL Boost TV have a standby function, if so does it automatically switch to standby and wake up again when an analogue signal is present or does it have to be switched on again manually? Can standby be deactivated?

Does the speaker have its own equaliser function? Or is there the possibility to adjust the bass independently?

The JBL Boost TV has no EQ and no presets that can be called up. The only setting option is the "Harman Display Surround" setting, with which the virtual surround mode can be switched on or off.

Can the JBL Boost TV be paired via Bluetooth with one or two JBL Charge 3 for "stereo music only" (non-TV) use?
