Intel NUC June Canyon NUC7CJYH2
Intel Celeron J4005
Has even been tested by Intel (2x16GB, HX424S14IBK2/32): https://compatibleproducts.intel.com/ProductDetails?EPMID=126135 It's a different memory size, but the rest should be identical.
A patch (under Bugzilla - Bug 204003) that solves the problem has been announced in the meantime. The Linux kernel 5.8.0.32 apparently already contains this patch and forms the basis for Ubuntu 20.10 (Groovy Gorilla), which I have now installed. With this, the reader integrated in the NUC7CJYH now recognises SD cards. Reading and writing runs without any problems.
So it's about the processor, I suppose? yes, it's enough for a bit of surfing. TV too, I'm sure.
Yes, a Celeron J4005 is installed.

And https://www.intel.de/content/www/de/de/products/docs/boards-kits/nuc/nuc7cjyh-nuc7pjyh-nuc7cjys-brief.html?wapkw=nuc7cjyh you can also see that the graphics are integrated and have the designation Intel HD Graphis 600. But the answer to the question is: YES You only need a hard disk/SSD, RAM and an operating system.
