Not at the same time, but either on the MacBook Pro or on the HP notebook, that would work. However, this dock can only do a jerky 30Hz when using a 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution screen.

Hello. No, it is not included. You can connect the power supply unit from the notebook. However, it only works if the notebook is already charged via USB C.
