Can devices also be charged when the PC is switched off? I can't find any information about this online...

Yes, devices can also charge without or with the PC switched off.

Has anyone measured it? The power supply output is 4A. According to the specification, EACH port should supply 2.4A. Only 2 ports are marked with 2.4A. The rest are not. If the power supply only delivers 4A, you can draw 1x 2.4A. There is still 1.6A left over. For the REST of the ports. Each port is probably 2.4A strong. But hardly at the same time? The LCD is still fun. What does it display max. 4A?

Is a power supply unit included? The technical data only says something about a USB cable. According to the brochure, a 48W power supply unit should also be included.

Are the buttons shown in the picture for activating/deactivating ports? If so, are they "stateful" buttons (that stay pressed)?
