I have a Garmin Vivoactive sports watch and go to a fitness centre on an indoor cycling machine. This machine has a USB connection. now the question: This dongle on and is connect with my watch?

My new Garmin USB ANT stick is not recognised by my PC (Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit). The USB port is OK. When I click on "Add devices" in Garmin Express, the message "No device or ANT stick could be detected" appears after a while. What can I do?

Try it once with the Garmin Connect software. Make sure that you have not inserted the USB stick before the installation, otherwise the wrong drivers may be installed (and these would have to be removed again). Otherwise, try a different USB port. For more information and support, it is best to contact the manufacturer directly.

Is it possible to connect the stick together with the Apple Lightning to USB camera adapter (Lightning - USB) to the IPhone7 in order to transfer training data? Otherwise I have all sensors from Garmin

Hi Jascha, sorry, I can't answer that as I don't have an Apple Lightning to USB camera adapter. I use the stick on my laptop. Greetings, M.

Does the dongle also communicate with a Tacx Neo Smart, for example, or does it only understand Garmin products?

I use the dongle for a Tacx Vortex Smart. Works perfectly. Will also work with a Neo Smart.

Hi Mike, I can't comment on all models, but I used to use the Garmin ANT stick successfully with the Vortex Smart (T2180). My current Smart Trainer uses Bluetooth, I have not tested it with ANT+. Greetings
