The extendable cable is really too short here, now I would like to buy an extension cable USB-C socket to USB C Thunderbolt, is that available, I read that Thunderbolt is important for port adapters (no idea) a link to such a cable would be great :).

How long is the cable extendable (in cm)? I have a Lenovo ThinkPad and the USB-C port is at the top edge of the screen. The cable should therefore reach up to the tabletop...

I have a MacBook Pro and am looking for an adapter to which I can also connect my external Superdrive. Does anyone know if this works with the DA300? Unfortunately, it doesn't work with the Satechi hubs.

I tried it with the Dell adapter connected to a new 16" Macbook Pro and the Superdrive from Apple. Unfortunately it doesn't work, there is a message in macOS Cataline with: "USB Accessory Needs Power - Connect "Apple USB Superdrive" to a USB port on this Mac."

I have a Dell Inspiron 5000 7th generation laptop with 2 USB 3.0 type A, but no USB type C. Can I use the docking station with an adapter?

Compatible with DELL XPS 13 laptops? DELL states under compatibility: "designed for Latitude 3390 2-in-1, 5290, 5290 2-in-1, 5490, 5590, 7290, 7390, 7490". XPS models are not listed. Does anyone use the adapter with an XPS model?

I ordered the device and now have the problem that I cannot connect the HP Elite Display S14 to it. The screen starts but does not receive or display the image -> Input Inactive. What could be the problem? According to my information, the DELL USB C adapter should provide enough power.
