Is it possible to select Paper Tray, Double-Sided Printing with AirPrint? It doesn't work for me. It only takes paper from the back tray where I have photo paper.

So far I have printed on both sides of A4 and it works perfectly! I haven't tried the photo paper yet!

Hello, does this printer box also contains cartridges, or do I have to buy them separately?

Printers usually have cartridges preinstalled however these cartridges are only partially filled. Therefore buying additional ones is always advised

Good evening. Could you possibly give me the masses of the printer with the paper out in the active state? I can't find this information anywhere. In the picture, the paper feed looks quite high. Many thanks in advance! Kind regards. V. Bocanek

When fully extended, the paper feed (rear) protrudes 30 cm from the printer's standing height. The paper feed (front) extends the printer by 18 cm (from the front of the closed printer).

Please inform how it works when using OCR scan into.a readable/adjustable document.. When using (covert to txt), it only provide asci characters. Do you need to add a OCR software application at cost, or do I miss something. thanks for your help

I have never used the Canon OCR software. I'm using the free OCR software provided by https://www.leadtools.com Hope this helps

Do I need all 6 ink cartridges for normal paper printing (no photo), or are 4 ink cartridges enough? So it also works with only 4 ink tanks (cartridges)? -> because of the cost of the replacement cartridges?

If not all 6 ink cartridges are inserted, printing or copying cannot be performed. Ink consumption is optimised depending on the paper used. In my experience, not much unnecessary ink is splashed. Admittedly, the replacement cartridges are not cheap. It is a trade-off between quality and cost.
