Hello, the 800D seems to be sold only as a kit, so no question to ask.
If not, the difference between kit and body, the body will contain only the camera body (without lens), while the kit will contain a camera body + a lens + probably other accessories.
If you're just starting out in photography, a kit will give you a quick turnkey solution. Just remember to buy an SD card...

Yes, they are and there are also relevant reports on the internet. I even use a zoom lens that I bought for my Canon EOS 400D.
