BeQuite sells spare parts directly. Just search for "spare part" on their homepage: Spare parts - they are available directly from our support team via contact form or e-mail (service@bequiet.com). However, we generally do not sell our products directly to end customers, but only to specialised dealers. Do you live in Germany and need a spare part? Then visit the spare parts shop directly.

Will a NZXT Kraken Z63 fit in the ceiling?

According to the product description after No: "The top offers space for fans and radiators with a size of up to 240mm". However, I have a 140mm installed on the ceiling myself, and visually a second one fits well next to it (also has installation holes). The problem is rather that a high VRM heat sink from the motherboard blocks the space. A "standard" motherboard starts 32mm below the fan mount. The VRM head sink is about 2-3mm later. My 140mm fan is about 28mm deep. If it were deeper (=fan+AIO cooling radiator) they would block each other. But if you find a motherboard with a less high VRM head sink, at the latest the RAM would then be in the way. (My VRM heat sink reaches about 30mm height from the PCB board.(Asus x570 Strix-E)) The RAM (the "clicker" for mounting and dismounting) then comes after approx. 52mm. In addition, you can only use the mesh top panel from the case, as that with the "triangles" and the "damping foam" only allows air through for one fan. I hope I was able to help you.

Addendum: My answer refers to "noiseless", not to "aggressive cooling". If the latter is the goal, then of course you need large and many fans with high air flow. But then it will of course be anything but quiet. From my point of view, it's also overkill as long as you don't want to overclock 3 RTX 3090s in the case ;)

Hello, I bought the device 2 weeks ago, if you can tell me briefly how I can verify this clearly, I can certainly help you.
