I did a quick google for you: The manufacturer states that there is only room for one 140mm fan. But 3x 120mm. ( Front (mm) 3x 120 / 1x 140) https://www.bequiet.com/en/case/1717

Yes, that is normal. The case has no HDD led and no reset button.

No. You can use an external drive, or if you really want to have one built in, you can set the Digitec filter to only show these.
It has two 3.5"/2.5" bays in an optional (but included) cage which can be mounted bottom/front. In addition, it has three 2.5" mounts.
