Is it possible to attach a 120mm fan to the rear where a 140mm fan is already pre-installed? I want to buy an AIO with a 120mm fan...

Yes, that is possible, the corresponding holes are available

That should work. It has two holes on the rear side at the mounting device on all four corners (one for 140 and one for 120 mm fans). Otherwise also possible on the ceiling. There is space for 2x 120 or 2x 140 mm fans.
