Probably a Schuko plug was supplied. Unfortunately, I don't know what Digitec does in such a case - it's best to call or write to customer service and ask what can be done.

The monitors are quite similar. Just google "XG248Q vs XG258Q". I know the 248Q has a thicker bezel and a supposedly worse contract. I own the XG258Q and am very happy with it. Use it mainly for CS:GO (3000 hours). I chose the monitor because it is a cheaper alternative to the Benq XL2546.

In this monitor with a Nvidia card you cannot use freesync, but you can use everything else. And with a 240hz refresh rate monitor you probably don't need the freesync or anything else. And yes it is possible to have 240hz without any other options enabled via Display Port. Please note that ELMB does not work at 240hz only at 144hz. It's a very good screen at very low price, get it!

has been solved =). For someone with the same problem: 1. use display port 2. in Windows menu under display settings 3. select adapter 4. select heart rate 5. et voila, have fun :D
