It was exactly the same for me. Display with Schuko plug. The problem is that the power cables are permanently installed in the Studio Display. The only solution is to use an adapter. Or how I did it: Complain and send it back.

That's possible. Think of it like the extra ports on your display are an extension of the ports on your Mac. That's what Apple's specs say: "Three downstream USB-C ports (up to 10Gb/s) for connecting peripherals, storage, and networking".

The MYJF3SM/A model is a Swiss-Market article - the "SM/A" indicates devices that are specifically intended for the Swiss market. The information on the product page is therefore correct: this model is supplied without an additional power adapter as it is already equipped with the appropriate plug for Switzerland. The MYJF3D/A model, on the other hand, is the variant for the German and Austrian markets ("D/A").

According to my research and the manufacturer's specifications, this model is an EU model and does not come with the original CH cable. If possible, we will provide a cable and otherwise an adapter for the power connection so that it can still be used in Switzerland. The CH variant with the Swiss power connection in the original scope of delivery is the following offer: Apple Studio Display Standard & tiltable stand Unfortunately, I cannot predict the year of production of the delivered model. I was also unable to find a newer version than this one from the manufacturer.

If it matches with other Apple codes I know, the only difference is that models with "SM" in the manufacturer's article number are for Switzerland, and those with "D" are for Germany. The visible difference should be the cable - T12 Swiss or "Schuko" with external adapter. To confirm, it may be best to contact digitec directly.

Yes, that is correct. The Apple Studio Display Standard (5120 x 2880 pixels, 27") does not have an HDMI port. It has a Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) port and three other USB-C ports, but no HDMI connection.

that's not a problem at all, I also have an Apple MacBook and even 2 Studio's connected, note that with each one separately with a thunderbolt 4, bandwidth. Thunderbolt 4 ports have a bidirectional bandwidth of 40 Gbps (gigabits per second). This means that data can be quickly moved to and from external data storage, and that connecting up to five Thunderbolt devices allows for flexible device configurations - all through one port.

Hello Cyrill. I have an Apple Studio Display Tiltable. There are 3 types. Height-adjustable (the base is already attached), or just tiltable (base also already attached), and wall mount (also already attached). Depending on the model you order, you will receive the appropriate model. However, the wall bracket model does not include a stand as it is mounted on the wall.
