I would also be very interested in the delivery date of 26.11.2020! I have been a very good customer of Digitec for ages (even without the current profile). Not least because of this and the fact that 26.11.2020 was given as the delivery date, I ordered from Digitec. On 25 and 26.11.2020 I spoke to support on the phone, which still confirmed receipt as of 26.11.2020, or should a delivery arrive. On 27.11 or 28.11 I get a message out of nowhere that the iPhone will not be shipped until END of December? With other providers, I would have received the phone long ago (e.g. Manor even has it in stock). What is the point of giving obviously incorrect delivery dates? I would understand a delay of 1-2 weeks, although this should not happen either!

First I was supposed to get the iPhone before Christmas. (It was also meant as a Christmas present) Then before New Year's Eve. Then on 5 January and now mid to late January?!!!! Why Apple can't just give correct delivery dates from the start is still a mystery to me.... Had the same thing with the iPad

I would like to purchase this product asap, mostly as it seems to be accessible sooner from here than from Swisscom. However, when I look at the Swisscom page (independently from this site), it offers a complimentary free (normally 20 CHf/month) 24 months of three multi device options Connection Pack that one can choose to add in addition of the mobile subscription. Obviously I would be a sucker not to take this option, if it is available. However, when I try to access Swisscom plans directly on this site, this option is unavailable. Would appreciate, if this could be fixed, somehow. I am blowing a lot of money renting a phone unnecessarily, as my iPhone 6s Plus broke. I shall contact Swisscom and see what they say but I have a feeling red tape won’t take me far.

As soon as the order is completed, it says in red letters in my order status that there is no delivery date and that I have to wait for the supplier. Can I still expect the date that is displayed here? And why am I told after the order that it won't come at all, and before the order that it will be there next week?

I'm switching from Android to iPhone after 6 years. Does anyone know what is meant by dual sim? 2 physical sim cards?

Correct, from my point of view it is two physical cards. Unless it says it can take a sim card and an e-sim, then of course it's only one physical 👍🏼
