My wife is always stealing my pods, so I want to give her my own, a call now and then, but more for sports, better Airpods 3rd Gen or Airpods Pro 1st Gen? ANC is certainly secondary for her, more important is the hold in the ear I would say.

Is it possible to charge them contactless? I previously bought the wrong Lightning Case which was not contactless chargeable. Can I now charge the MagSafe contactless? :)

the MagSafe case of the 3rd gen. can be charged contactlessly via an Ikea charging pad, for example.

MegSafe vs Lightning case I see the MegSafe variant here, which can apparently also be charged via cable, 3.- cheaper than the Lightning variant (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/apple-airpods-3rd-gen-lightning-case-6-h-kabellos-kopfhoerer-21998094). is there any other difference? Can I really charge MegSafe with a cable?
