Strong Hoco H31 smartphone holder mounted to the handlebar frame of a bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, or baby stroller. The holder is compatible with smartphones with a screen diagonal of 4.5 to 7.0 inches.

The holder has adjustable clamps, and the built-in visor protects against unfavorable weather conditions such as sun, rain, or snow.

The holder features a clamping mounting system, operated with two hands, providing a sense of security when riding a bicycle, scooter, or motorcycle. It can also be mounted to the frame of a children's stroller. It can be mounted on an arm with a diameter of 18 to 32mm.
