The Glyph Blackbox PRO RAID is a professional external hard drive designed specifically for demanding workflows and mission-critical projects. With a storage capacity of 8 terabytes and an enterprise-class hard drive operating at 7,200 RPM, this device offers an impressive speed of up to 550 MB/s. The hardware RAID functionality allows users to choose between various RAID modes such as RAID 0, RAID 1, JBOD, and SPAN to ensure either maximum speed or redundancy. The Blackbox PRO RAID is equipped with USB-C (3.1, Gen 2), enabling fast data transfer of up to 10 Gb/s. Additionally, the device features two Thunderbolt 3 ports, allowing multiple devices to be connected via a single cable, as well as an integrated DisplayPort for direct connection to a 4K monitor. An optional ingest hub/card reader can be added to further optimize the workflow.
