Flashforge PETG HS Filament 1.75mm 1kg

The HS-PETG filament from Flashforge is designed for fast 3D printing without compromising on durability or impact resistance. It supports higher printing speeds while maintaining excellent layer adhesion and minimal warping. The filament features improved flow properties that prevent nozzle clogging and leaks, significantly reducing stringing and resulting in a smooth surface. Ideal for functional parts and prototypes.

Printing parameters:

  • Drying conditions before printing: 70°C, 5 hours (convection oven)
  • Nozzle diameter: φ0.4/0.6mm (recommended φ0.4mm)
  • Layer height: 0.12~0.3mm
  • Nozzle temperature: 220-270°C
  • Build plate temperature: Room temperature to 60°C
  • Printing speed: 100-350mm/s
  • Cooling fan: 50-100%
  • Retraction distance: 1~2mm
  • Retraction speed: 30~50mm/s
  • Support material: Self-supporting, PVA, BVOH
  • Filament diameter: 1.75 mm

Printing and storage environment:

  • Humidity: Room temperature to 40°C, ≤20% RH (sealed with desiccant).
