The black AVR-S970H 7.2-channel AV receiver from Denon is equipped with a powerful 7-channel amplifier that delivers up to 145 watts per channel. Particularly noteworthy is the 8K HDMI video section, which
guarantees excellent picture quality thanks to HLG, HDR, Dolby Vision and HDR10+. Music and films are taken to a new level with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. The Dolby Surround and DTS Neural:X upmixers are available for non-surround content. Another remarkable feature is the Audyssey MultEQ XT room correction system; together with the integrated measuring microphone, the AVR-S970H precisely analyses the sound of the individual speakers and optimises each channel accordingly. The built-in HEOS allows you to listen to your favourite music wirelessly in any room. The AV receiver also includes a Bluetooth audio transmitter and supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Quick Frame Transport (QFT) and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM). This ensures a smooth, lag-free gaming experience. There is also a USB input on the front, which supports the playback of Hi-Res audio files with up to 24 bit/192 kHz in WAV, FLAC and ALAC formats. Audio files in MP3, WMA, WAV and MPEG-4/AAC are also compatible.
