Product details
Ender-5 S1
The new and improved printer from Creality's Ender series is designed for rapid speed. With CR Touch auto-leveling and a printing speed of 200 mm/s, the printing process is now faster than ever before.
Quickly realize creative ideas
The enhanced motion system allows for an acceleration of 2000 mm/s² and a printing speed of up to 250 mm/s. Each X/Y/Z axis is driven by a high-precision stepper motor. A steel transmission shaft connects and synchronizes the two Y-axis belts. The high-torque Y-axis motor 42-48 ensures responsive and precise movements.
Higher efficiency and more eco-friendliness
The printer reduces printing time for all types of models, offers higher efficiency, and lowers power consumption.
Stability in print quality
A full metal cube frame accompanies the classic Cartesian structure. Stability is enhanced by thick linear rails, additional braces, two cantilevers, and silicone joints.
Higher success rate
The printer offers a 100% success rate for 1,000 printing hours at a high speed of 250 mm/s and a layer height of 0.2 mm.
Direct extrusion tailored for flexible filaments
The all-metal direct extruder "Sprite" features two gears with a gear ratio of 1:3.5. It delivers a strong and consistent extrusion force of 80N, significantly improving printing with flexible filaments like TPU.
Hotend upgrade for high-temperature printing
The titanium alloy heat break has low thermal conductivity to block heat creep and can reach temperatures of up to 300 °C. The ribbed heat sink has a 2.5 times larger surface area and is quickly air-cooled by a quiet axial fan. The large melt chamber of 50 mm³ is surrounded by a 4000 mm³ heating block.
Promptly receive a cool model
The special "Urus" air channels direct the strong airflow generated by a large 5015 fan directly to cool the freshly printed section.
