The active USB 3.2 Gen1 extension cables are fully plug & play and do not require driver installation. Simply connect your external USB device, such as an external HDD, NAS, digital camera, or external USB graphics card to your system via the CAC-1406 and enjoy the flexibility of an additional 15 meters. This cable also allows for greater movement when using VR headsets from the couch, meaning you can be further away from your laptop or PC. The CAC-1406 supports data transfer rates of up to 5 Gbps over the entire cable length.
